Andy's Bark Park

OVERVIEW

A large off-leash dog park named after Andy, the Woodbury Police Department’s first K-9 officer. The park spans roughly 70 acres of open spaces and trails, making it one of the metro area’s more expansive off-leash areas. Large fenced sections and a 1.9 mile trail. Dogs are allowed off leash as long as they obey verbal command.

Natural Experience: A spacious, more natural environment rather than a typical fully fenced small dog park — great for running, socializing, and exploring.

SPACE & FEATURES

Trails: Mowed walking trails wind through natural areas, offering room for both leash walks and off-leash play.

Seating & Picnic Areas: Benches, a shelter with picnic tables, and shaded spots to relax while your dog explores.

Water & Waste Amenities:

Use & Rules

• Off-Leash Use: Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting and under verbal control while off leash inside the park.

• Licensing: A City of Woodbury dog license is required for each dog using the park (for residents and visitors).

• Hours: Open from dawn to dusk.

• Owner Responsibilities: Owners are responsible for cleanup, controlling behavior, and any damages or injuries.

• Safety Notes: Coyotes have occasionally been spotted in the area, so awareness during visits is recommended.
